February is bringing us a new challenge. It's all about love. The last 10 min of classes, I am going to focus on a body part or a fitness test. I am going to teach you to LOVE and appreciate your body (one muscle group at a time), and what your body can do.I also encourage you to bring your Valentine. This can be your "other half." OR for Feb, you can bring a non member and you each pay $50. This is a great way to show love to someone who wants to focus on fitness. Reach out and let someone know about this and they night appreciate your support! Lots of sadness right now, scary illnesses, unsettled times, let's spread some health and hope for better times by staying strong and healthy together.
